I used Misael Portillo to sell my lots in Atlanta GA last year and he was outstanding. Before choosing a real estate agent, I conducted a lot of research to see who would be the best choice based on the investment they make into selling the property (time and effort, not necessarily financially) and how they promote their listings. The Keller Williams Realty Atlanta Perimeter Team stood out as the best Atlanta has to offer: their organic rankings are excellent, their social media presence was strong, and I could tell they put a lot of work into their listings. I spoke with Misael and then met with him at my home. He spent hours answering my questions, providing objective data regarding the sell, how long their listings typically stay on the market, and providing tons of info on comps in the area. I was concerned that my lots, which were located pretty far from downtown and in a not to good neighborhood, would be tough to sell. Misael made the process incredibly easy and took extra steps many other Realtors don't. When I saw my listing, I was blown away. His hard work and knowledge of what it takes to sell a property really paid off - my listing looked amazing and knocked out the competition. The first buyer that saw the property put in an offer just in hours. Misael walked me through every step of the selling process. It couldn't have been a more pleasant experience. I've recommended Misael Portillo to everyone I know. He's a true professional and a genuinely nice gentleman. I realize it won't always be this easy to sell your property, but I think you'd be hard pressed to find a better Realtor.

Pablo is truly great! As a first time homeowner, he was always very patient and understanding, he always responded nicely to my silly questions and not only he was there to guide me through the whole process, but also came to visit us after we got the property. I really had no expectations when I was looking for a realtor, but after meeting and working with Pablo, he exceed them all and also became a friend :) He's awesome, a true gentleman and I can say he treated me like his own child. Always very honest, straight forward, extremely knowledgeable, a master with numbers, and most important, he shows he cares and has his best interest for helping me and my family.
