I was fortunate enough to come to Mr. Bernal for help with my first home purchase. He was able to provide me with an extreme level of industry knowledge, paired with patience in understanding my goals for this first home. His negotiation skills are completely un-matched, and he was able to secure my offer with the seller in conjunction with comforting advice throughout the whole process. To date, I have not found someone as professional as Pablo Bernal (in any industry), who could both understand what I wanted and also communicate the pitfalls common for first-time home buyers, without directly influencing my decisions. He helped keep everyone involved in the process organized, allowing us to expedite a normally tedious process, right before the hectic end of year holidays.
