She knew the inner workings of condo associations (I had no clue to them) and is well connected with anyone you may need through the process, i.e. home inspectors, mortgage brokers, etc. Because of Linnea, I was able to find, tour, and close on a condo that met my every need within 2 weeks. She will always answer a call, or call back within 30 minutes, regardless of day and time. I called her a few times late on a Saturday and she answered.
