We had own our house for over 15 years But it was time to sell it to begin a new adventure. When contacted Evins the same week he came out to look at the property took pictures and gave us some suggestions on what needed to be fix . After a month we got discouraged and wanted to take it off the market but our realtor told us to give him another month , he could almost guarantee us that it would be sold . Sure enough a few days later he found a buyer and we were able to close . I appreciate his tenacity and professionalism. He always answer our calls ,questions and show that he cares about our concerns. It was a pleasure working with him and would do it all over again because he made this process so easy ..
