Emilio is the best! When I was looking to buy my first home 16 years ago, I dealt with several agents prior to meeting Emilio. I’m forever grateful to have met him because he made the entire process easy. In 2005 I purchased my first home. Never did I feel rushed or pressured during the entire buying process. He really went above and beyond to ensure the home I was purchasing was in my best interest. A few years ago I moved and decided to rent out my place. Thankfully Emilio ended up managing the property for me. He saved me so much money in needed repairs along with dealing with any tenant issues. He was always so helpful with anything and so very nice about it. I don’t know what I would have done without all of his help.
