Toni did a terrific job of finding properties in our price range that met all of our "requirements" or had the potential to become what we needed. Her positive attitude kept us from getting discouraged when we made an offer on one house, only to find out the seller had signed a contract for less while we were viewing the property. She continued to pursue that house, just in case the financing fell through and the house went back on the market, and she didn't give up on it until they closed on the house. She kept in touch with new options and suggestions until we found our dream home. She negotiated on our behalf and responded quickly to the seller's agent, sealing the contract in record time, even as other identical offers were coming in. Had it not been for her diligence, we might have lost the house to another interested buyer. Toni went above and beyond to help us, even loaning us plastic bins for our move, and recommending reasonably priced service providers in the area for our painting needs, lawn care, pool care, and handyman projects that we wanted to do before moving in. We couldn't have had a better, more professional, more caring realtor!

We decided to buy a home during pandemic. We had specific needs and wants in our next home. We explained all our requirements, needs and wants to Ralph. We also told him that we will not be looking for any compromise especially because this is our 2nd home and we wanted what we had hoped for. Soon after we started seeing homes we realized that it is the sellers market. If the home and the price is right, there are many buyers trying to get that house. Multiple offers, people coming with no contingencies, bidding war etc became a challenge. We lost bids four times. But we learned a lot along he way. We finally ended up buying the most perfect home after all for the right price. All that happened because of Ralph. Through out the process he guided us, Provided advice, information that we needed, identified the risks etc. His excellent knowledge in real estate helped us to come up with an offer that the seller could not reject. He even brought a licensed contractor with him to get 2nd opinion about the property before we wrote an offer. He made sure the house is in perfect condition and that there are no issues with disclosures or title etc. Through out the Escrow process he kept himself on top of things, following up with lender, seller agent, title company etc. He took lot of the heavy lifting on his own. Overall he made this entire buying process easy for us. Dream house, Right location, right price, smooth close what else do you need? Of course you need a right agent to represent you. And that is Ralph.

We purchased a house using Stefanie as our realtor. At first she was great and then it turned sour. We asked her if the seller could include some pieces of furniture in the contract and she got it approved and told us it was done. Then a day before we were supposed to sign the contract, she told us that the sellers actually took the furniture and that there was nothing we could do. It turns out that she didn’t put it in one of the four addendums we did throughout the in-contract period. She did not take any responsibility for this and only blamed the listing agent. She then told us she would write us a check to help cover the loss and that the listing agent would as well, so we signed the contract. I contacted her after receiving the listing agent’s check, asking when we should expect hers and she implied she wasn’t going to give us one. She lied in order to get us to close on the house so she could get her commission. Now she is ignoring my texts. I will not use her again and I will not recommend her to anyone.
