My wife and I just purchased our forever home in Orlando. We currently live in Los Angeles but plan to move in the next year or two. Angelo was our agent and he made our search easy and was completely honest on what we should expect. Buying during a pandemic was tricky, especially with bidding wars, but Angelo gave us the best advice on how to structure our offer. He is also a master negotiator. We did not have to pay any closing costs on a $900k house and he got the seller to remediate ALL major items on the inspection report. Within two weeks of purchase, Angelo had several renters lined up to rent the house out. We had a signed lease and move-in within a month of purchase, paying $1,300 over the mortgage. WOW!! We were amazed and thrilled that we started making money back right away. We highly suggest giving Angelo a chance at being your agent. He keeps it real and has your best interest at heart.
