Virginia was recommended to me by a friend and I am very glad that I took her advice. Virginia was very engaging with me and listened to my requirements and answered all of my questions in a very timely manner. She explained the entire process to me as well as what was specifically happening in the market. In no time at all she found a property for me that met all of the requirements on my checklist. As I lived out of state and could not see the property in person, Virginia did a walk through tour via Facetime for me while the inspector was onsite. They both answered all of my questions during this tour. Virginia worked with me to start the Mortgage process and set me up with a great company. Dante helped my fiance and I find our first place in this crazy market. We would send him homes we wanted to see and he quickly set up walkthroughs for all of them and more. Any questions I had, he would help me figure out what needs to be done. Buying a house is crazy but Dante made it really easy. It was a true pleasure working with Linda. We purchased our new home with her assistance. She did an excellent job with the virtual tour of the home. She even measure items that we requested. She was helpful with assisting with bridging all of the steps to make it happen i.e. financing and home inspection resources. Also with us living on the Pacific Coast and in a different time zone she always and I mean always took our phone calls to answer our questions and/or just to simply provide reassurance that things were running smooth. BUT when they weren't (because buying a house something is always going to be a little rough), Linda was right on the issue and got things back on track. Alison is very knowledgeable, professional and friendly. My parents had passed away and I was selling their house.
