Dante was very professional and kept me apprised throughout the entire transaction. I was originally told by another Realty company that the property I was interested in was already in negotiations and I didn’t really want to look at the property. I inquired on my own and met Dante who said the property did have interested parties but I was still able to look at the property as no contracts had been signed. Overall great experience from start to finish. Brandon communicated very well through out the process and explained everything going on. Brandon got me 30k above asking and had the buyer pay off my solar panels equaling another 18k. I would recommend Brandon to anyone who is serious about buying or selling a home.
