Fast, courteous and respectful
Myself and Kelly used Tracy with Dalton Wade to sell our home in Hudson florida. She took great photos, videos and even made a YouTube video for marketing. She even assisted in staging and gave great advice for how to stage and what to do to prep the home for sale. Tracy got the home sold in under a week!

Wonderful experience working with Patti
My wife and I have been dealing with Patti in the past. So when it came time for us to sell our property, contacting Patti was an easy choice. She is very personable, friendly and very experienced! She had our home sold with in a week. And being in NY while this was going on, she made it as easy as possible. I cannot say enough about her. In all honesty, her experience speaks volumes. A realtor that is family!
Vanessa was wonderful from start to finish! Prior to putting our house on the market, Vanessa gave several suggestions to help with the appeal of our home, which we ran with to the benefit of our sale. Vanessa organised an excellent photographer for our listing, referred us to a good, affordable painter, and even got us an awesome realtor for our next home! When our home listed, Vanessa provided us with emails of each offer with a succinct summary at the top, which is amazing considering we got dozens upon dozens of offers! My wife and I were ridiculously busy in the weeks surrounding the sale of our house, but Vanessa was patient, flexible, and wonderfully responsive. Lastly, Vanessa had an idea for our homes’ price point, which at first we were hesitant about, but we trusted in Vanessa’s foresight and expertise and our home closed for so much more than we ever hoped for! We are so glad we placed our trust in Vanessa. I could not have asked for a better realtor and it is no exaggeration to regard Vanessa as more than a realtor; as family.

Where to begin when reviewing Christina!! AMAZING. EVERY STEP OF THE WAY. We relocated from CA and it was intense and Christina was not only an amazing realtor, constantly (like day AND night) working for us, she was also supportive and sensitive to our unique family needs. She honestly became a friend through this process. Someone we knew who was ALWAYS looking out for our best interests. We had many boxes to check in finding the perfect home--area, schools, community, style of home, outdoor space, etc...long list of needs and she helped us navigate this cuckoo and sometimes aggressive market with confidence and east. Karen did a phenomenal job at selling my property.
I made a last minute seasonal decision to put the property up for sale and it sold in 48 hours and closed within two weeks. It closed for $5000 more than asking price which was high. Karen knows her Real Estate!!!

Christina was amazing
Christina was amazing. We knew nothing about the Atlanta area and she spent a ton of time with us on the phone to tell us about the area before we made a trip to check it out. She spent several days showing us around and making sure to make the most of our time.I definitely recommend Christina for all real estate needs!
