Dante was very professional and kept me apprised throughout the entire transaction. I was originally told by another Realty company that the property I was interested in was already in negotiations and I didn’t really want to look at the property. I inquired on my own and met Dante who said the property did have interested parties but I was still able to look at the property as no contracts had been signed. I am now the owner of that property and love it. Thank you Dante for all your hard work.

Overall great experience from start to finish. Brandon communicated very well through out the process and explained everything going on. Brandon got me 30k above asking and had the buyer pay off my solar panels equaling another 18k. I would recommend Brandon to anyone who is serious about buying or selling a home.

Virginia was recommended to me by a friend and I am very glad that I took her advice. Virginia was very engaging with me and listened to my requirements and answered all of my questions in a very timely manner. She explained the entire process to me as well as what was specifically happening in the market. In no time at all she found a property for me that met all of the requirements on my checklist. As I lived out of state and could not see the property in person, Virginia did a walk through tour via Facetime for me while the inspector was onsite.
