Gini was with us all the way through our home buying experience. She was able to book showing requests last minute and knew we needed to be aggressive with our search and decisions. She was very transparent with the expectations of the market and set realistic standards or what we needed to do to accomplish our goal. Gini was great at communicating quickly and there was never a time we were unable to reach her. I would highly recommend her services to anyone. Rich is an exceptional realtor. He is not your typical pushy type of guy who is trying to sell you a house ASAP. On the contrary, Rich is very honest professional, and he does really care about his clients. He helped me to build a house in Winter Garden, and I'm not sure I'd be able to do it without him. He went well beyond the contract helping me to control the whole building process, updating and sending photos of the house every couple of weeks, advising on the inspections, things to pay particular attention to etc. Finally, before the closing he did a walk through with me for like two or three hours. We looked over the house and as a licensed home inspector he pointed out the defects which definitely needed attention. It's not something I have seen done in the business because realtors are not trained in construction, materials etc. Overall, building house especially when out of state is a tricky business. Even when you hire a good builder, they still use local contractors so you'd definitely want to keep it under control. Hiring Rich is like having a friend and a professional on the “inside” that is working for you throughout the process. He is very thorough, honest and professional and great to work with. I would highly recommend Rich to anyone trying to buy a house in central Florida.

Marcos put quality over quantity when it came to helping my family and I secure a home. Ĺarry described the importance of the ltttle things that add up to real big returns. He demonstrated the importance of not just a clean kitchen, but how a shiny, uncluttered granite counter top would show owner's pride in ownership and that clean and shinyness throughout all surfaces equals an emmaculate prior homer in the mind of a prospective buyer when it comes to all decluttered areas, as less is more to the eye of one's imagination. A well manicured outdoor space can again show declutter and pride in ownership as staging the home for the property's ultimate best of the inside when making that great first impression.
