Clay is very knowledgeable. He has knowledge of Market and he will guide you in right directions. This is 2nd time we used his service to sell our house and he was exceptional. He guided us from the beginning till end of closing. He is very Friendly and professional. We talked with other agents they always suggest staging and other expenses to make the house beautiful but Caly said don't spend too much money on this if client like it they will buy and his assumptions was correct. We got the buyer for our price.

Joseph was wonderful to work with throughout my home search. I was relocating from out of state and only had limited opportunities to be in town to view properties. Despite that, Joe was always willing to drive all over the Tampa area to show me homes and help me explore different neighborhoods. When I couldn't be there in person, he went above and beyond by touring homes with me over video calls, making sure I never missed an opportunity.
