Sheri answers your every text, message, email, or phone call. She will go from your Plan A to your plan B on a dime even if she has put a lot of effort into plan A. Susan went above and beyond to help us find our winter retreat. Trying to find a home from several states away can be nerve wracking but Susan is an excellent communicator and helped guide us every step of the way. She helped steer us away from iffy neighborhoods and helped us find a home that checked all the boxes. She visited several properties before we made the trip down and sent lots of feedback on homes we were interested in that made the selection process quick. Susan was able to help coordinate the home inspection within a couple days which made for a quick offer and closing. We can't thank Susan enough and can't wait to start enjoying the Florida Sunshine!!

Excellent communication and timely responder.
Dylan had a strong knowledge of the local market and all the dynamics and factors that go into something as fluid as a local Real Estate market. Every day, he would provide me with any new listing of the houses in the areas that I was interested in that met my specific search criteria. Once it was time to start making offers, he was very quick to respond and push ahead, so as to not waste time while others are also potentially making offers as well. Dylan helped get seller's concessions and made the whole process easy to understand and greatly reduced the stress that I have heard others have had to deal with.
