Jen was both our buyers agent and our sellers agent. She helped us sell two homes and buy one. She was always available to assist us when questions arose, or even if we needed a helping hand! She spent one Sunday helping me replace ALL of the switch and outlet covers in the entire (LARGE) house after it was painted, to give it a "fresher" look! Jen was right there when we got frustrated with the selling process, and talked us thru the problems. She always had good connections when we needed something repaired or inspected. I have so many positive things to say about Jen that I hardly know where to start. She did everything we hoped for and so much more. The top three things that really made her stand out to us, I'm going to list below. <br/><br/>1. She was out champion through the entire process. I felt like she advocated for us instead of just trying to close a sale. When things came up, she fully fought for our best interest and that was a huge relief to me and my husband. <br/><br/>2. She's incredibly knowledgeable and presented unbiased information and never tried to sway our decisions. She gave us all the information up front and then let us decide what was most important. As a result, we never felt pressured, only reassured that we did what was best for us. <br/><br/>3. Communication. It's last on the list but certainly not least in priority. She kept us up to date ever day as things moved on and was always quick to respond to anything we asked of her. As first time home buyers, she helped us all the way through and we need ER felt stressed or adrift. <br/><br/>Jen is amazing and I would recommend her to anyone. If/when we move again, she will be the first person we contact!
