Kim foresaw that, and had the experience to estimate the time that would be required to complete all the moving work. Her timelines made the process efficient and successful. Kim has a wealth of contacts and partnerships with professionals who specialize in downsizing. She provided my parents numerous recommendations and contacts. Most importantly, she arranged for a professional downsizing and moving company to assist with the myriad struggles of orangizing, sorting, packing, managing the estate sale, moving out, ensuring final turnover readiness, as well as moving into their new home.
