Kim was a great realtor to work with. She is totally professional, did all her homework, and kept after me to get her all the information that she needed and to do the things that I needed to do. Kim Kantrow worked with my elderly parents to sell the house they had lived in for more than 50 years. There is no one I could recommend more highly for her professionalism, encouraging nature, patience, discretion, and sensitivity to the needs of seniors wishing to downsize. She not only listed and quickly sold the house during the COVID-19 lockdown, but she aided my parents with the arduous moving process during an extremely difficult time for all. Selling and moving is messy, and Kim kept things organized with a schedule of milestones and dates. This schedule proved invaluable, not just for my parents, but also for my siblings and me. Kim communicated discretely with us, which we greatly appreciated, keeping us abreast of potential scheduling pitfalls, urgent matters pending, and looming obstacles. This schedule allowed us to assist without imposing. During the sale, Kim thoughtfully negotiated for an extended period for their departure from the house. This was key as well. My parents were surprised by the speed with which the closing date arrived, and they were in no way prepared to vacate the house by that date. Kim foresaw that, and had the experience to estimate the time that would be required to complete all the moving work. Her timelines made the process efficient and successful. Kim has a wealth of contacts and partnerships with professionals who specialize in downsizing. She provided my parents numerous recommendations and contacts. Most importantly, she arranged for a professional downsizing and moving company to assist with the myriad struggles of orangizing, sorting, packing, managing the estate sale, moving out, ensuring final turnover readiness, as well as moving into their new home. Without that service, the move could never have happened. Kim Kantrow is a realtor with depth of experience and grace, and we thank her immensely.

Leslie and Heather were absolutely amazing to work with. After seven years in a house that I thought I would never sell, I woke up one morning and realized that it had served me well over the years but that it was time for a change. I called Leslie and she and Heather came over the very next day. I got full asking price for my house before it even officially went on the market, and I found the perfect home in a fabulous new neighborhood. I moved into my new house within six weeks of deciding to sell my old one. During those six weeks I also changed jobs! Needless to say it was a very busy time. Leslie and Heather were there for me every step of the way and being able to trust them completely was such a relief during what could have been an incredibly stressful time without their help. I’ve called them for advice even after the houses were bought and sold, and I know they will always be there for me in the future. If you are looking for a realtor, it would be a huge mistake to go with anyone else.
