Kandie was great to work with. She kept me informed about all the steps involved with the selling process and was always friendly and engaging. She always had time to explain any questions I asked. I highly recommend her and will use her again if I need any real estate advice.

Terri is amazing. I had never purchased property but needed to find a place for my mom. She couldn’t do it on her own and I have no other siblings. Terri walked us through every step in a very warm profession manner. She represented both buyer and seller senselessly making sure it was fair on both ends. Her knowledge of both real estate and loans was extremely helpful. But what mattered more to me was she was ALWAYS available and treated us as if we were her most important client. I would highly recommend Terri.

Dante was very professional to work with, willing to answer our question or find the answer. He and his brother work together well as a team and are very inclusive in selling and helping us purchase our beautiful new home. We were given excellent advice and was able to have an accepted bid in less than ten days. I am most pleased that we selected Dante as our agent.

Dante & his team are extremely professional & knowledgeable. If they did not know the answer to our question, they researched it and promptly provided the answer. They’re honest, reliable & a pleasure to deal with. I would not hesitate to recommend Dante to any of my friends.

Dante is not only a personal friend of mine (he was in my wedding) but also simply the BEST Realtor to sell and buy with. His professionalism and work ethic is second to none and he will get you the best price for your house. His market knowledge is also very good, knowing how to price and market a house to get you the most for your house and getting it sold quickly. My wife and I are very pleased with Dante as our Realtor.

Terri tenderly navigated us through an extremely stressful time in our lives and we are forever grateful for her kindness and attentiveness to our needs. Because of her experience and knowledge of the market and inventory we were able to have an offer accepted and close within a very short time. Our house search was complicated by several factors. Logistically - we were moving from the Bay Area and our lender and escrow company were located in other cities outside the county we were purchasing the home in. Our time frame to close on a home also played a major part in the pressure we were experiencing. Had it not been for Terri’s positive and reassuring attitude to the situation our home buying transaction could have been disastrous instead of the satisfying way it concluded. Thank you Terri for being the talented and loving person you are. We are blessed.

Dante and Angel were very caring, considerate during the whole selling and buying experience and made it easy as possible for me. As a single mom it was so much easier to handle with their expertise. They’re suggested homes were amazing and they were aggressive in finding and getting me accepted for a home that was perfect for me and my kids. I think that what stands out with both Dante and Angel is they are very realistic and truthful but their advice is the best to get your home sold fast and get into a new one. They sold my home same day for more than the asking price ! Thank you Dante and Angel for helping us!

Terri was relentless and dedicated in traversing this difficult buying market. She had to be on call for immediate showings due to market conditions and competition to get offers accepted. She is our hero!

I have worked with many realtors over my life time, but I have never had the professional experience that I had with Chris and Kandy. They have gone beyond the call of duty with me. Chris was always just a phone call away. They were very knowledgeable about the questions I asked. And Chris has made a very hard move very pleasant.

Dante was friendly, professional and very knowledgeable. He made us feel really comfortable with the process. He was always there when we had any questions, and as first time home buyers we had a lot! He worked very hard to find us the perfect house and we are so grateful! I would definitely recommend him to anybody who’s looking to buy or sell a home!

Chris is very knowledgeable in the realestate market. He listened to everything I said and knew exactly what I was looking for in a home. He was able to answer all my questions and if not he very quickly found the answer for me. He walked me through the whole process of purchasing my home. Chris is not only a great agent but a great person. I feel like I have made a good friend and I can call on Chris for help even tho our realestate transaction is complete.
