Kandie and her team at Country Real Estate went above and beyond my expectations. Both when we bought a house and sold it she negotiated everything I wanted on both ends and knew exactly how to maximize profits. I recommend her team to all of my clients.

I’ve use Kandie as my realtor on several occasions. From the first time I met with her it was like working with my best friend. She has a way of not just listening to what your are saying but hearing what you need in a new home or what you need when selling. Kandie makes viewing horns a lot of fun. It’s an adventure and never gets boring and she works her magic and finds homes that meet your needs in your price range. You can’t go wrong with Kandie she works hard for her clients. I’m looking forward to my next adventure with her.

After developing the parcel of land we were ready to sell. Kandie helped us come up with a price and found buyers. Everthing went smoothly. We have worked with her on several real estate transactions and really value her expertise and professionalism.

Kandie was the perfect agent to help and guide us along in this sale. We originally bought the property with one thing in mind but plans changed and we decided to sell. She brought us several qualified buyers to choose from and certainly got the job done.

Kandie went above and beyond with the sale of our home. We entered escrow the day before we experienced a terrible loss in our family. She kept things together for us and the sale and made it all work not to mention the compassion she bestowed upon us. We really appreciate all she did!

It was great working with Chris at Country Real Estate! He was always available to show us homes & answered all of our questions along the way. With the crazy market, there were a lot of disappointing moments when we were outbid by another buyer, but he & his partner always stayed positive & said the right things to keep us positive. They made house hunting fun & not so much of a chore! I actually missed seeing them regularly when we finally bought a house. I recommend Chris for any of your real estate needs.

Kandie was awesome to work with! She knows the market & was always available to look at homes, even if it was last minute that I contacted her, which it quite often was! She always has a positive attitude, even when we got discouraged, as it’s been a crazy market. I recommend Kandie for all of your real estate needs, buying, selling or even just a simple question. She is always ready & willing to help!
