Our experience was quick, easy and straightforward. From the day we called to talk about selling the house to the close of escrow it was less than two months to finish the entire process! They were knowledgeable, informative and extremely helpful. You are in safe hands when using Chris as your agent, he will guide the process and keep you informed of all the intricacies involved. We were new to the process and appreciated their guidance and patience!

Chris and Kandie are the best realtor there are. They are always polite, always quick to respond any request. They took personal interest in our house hunting, unlike other realtors that just set you up with email notifications, They actually study the houses on the market and only recommends according to our preferences, and personally call me to discuss the details of each house they recommend. That is precious and that is how a good realtor should be. I highly recommend Chris and Kandie and Country Real Estate. Five star is really not enough.

In 2017 we used Dante as our agent to purchase our first home. He was there every step of the way with us then explaining everything and making sure we understood all the terms and most importantly got us exactly what we needed at that time in a first home. We enjoyed that home for 3 years before deciding we needed an upgrade because we were expanding our family. It was no question who we should use as our relator. Once again Dante went above and beyond our expectations with helping us sell our home. He also had an agent he recommended In the state we were moving to. He checked in with us on both sides to make sure everything was going as expected. I don't know many realtors that would work while attending their brothers wedding!! lol. Dante did just that! Several times he worked late into the evenings to make sure our escrow was closing on time and all our questions were answered. Often times realtors can leave you feeling used and unhappy but we never felt that way with Dante. If we didn't move out of state we would use him again no questions asked!

Pedro listed and sold a 380 acre ranch for me in April of 2020, A large property adjoining Lake Nacimiento much more than your normal lot/home listing. Pedro put in the effort to fully understand the property, including several day long visits to determine how best to list and show. An effort way beyond what I was getting from other agents who only wanted "easy listings". Not only was Pedro exceptionally knowledgeable and professional, he invested the time to understand and market my property. If you want to sell your property, then Pedro should be your agent of choice.

Dante truly helped me and my family when we needed it most. After losing my job and my partner getting hours cut due to COVID-19, We were in hot water. In the tough market Dante listed and got us over asking price much sooner than we thought possible, he has a strategic marketing plan that's unique to you so he can really get you the best offer thats out there. He was a blessing sent at the right time. I would recommend him and his team 100%
