As out of state buyers, we needed a realtor to be our eyes and ears in the market place. After meeting Terri when we went to see one of their listings, we felt comfortable with her knowledge of the market and her understanding of our needs. When we located a property that fit the bill, we worked with her to secure the home before it hit the market all via phone calls, video, and texts. She advocated for us with the seller for repairs prior to closing and made the process simple and seamless.

Terri is amazing. I had never purchased property but needed to find a place for my mom. She couldn’t do it on her own and I have no other siblings. Terri walked us through every step in a very warm profession manner. She represented both buyer and seller senselessly making sure it was fair on both ends. Her knowledge of both real estate and loans was extremely helpful. But what mattered more to me was she was ALWAYS available and treated us as if we were her most important client. Logistically - we were moving from the Bay Area and our lender and escrow company were located in other cities outside the county we were purchasing the home in. Had it not been for Terri’s positive and reassuring attitude to the situation our home buying transaction could have been disastrous instead of the satisfying way it concluded.
