Kyle is great. He knows more about the process and market more than anyone I have ever worked with. As a father himself he understands how to work with families and gives his input on pros and cons of each property. He is the opposite of pushy. He understands the goal is to find everyone the perfect home for them and not just shove them in a home that may not be perfect for them. If I ever have the need for a real estate agent in the future or if anyone asks for a recommendation, Kyle will be my only answer.

I met Julie in January, 2024, after having spent several winters on the central part of Florida’s western coast. By then, while I knew I wanted a condo on Florida’s central coast (I had a couple of brothers living in the Tampa area), I had not been able to narrow down which town or neighborhood on the west coast would be best for me. At our first meeting Julie was able to help me figure out what my priorities were and showed me several condo communities that she thought I might enjoy. She was right! After the first visit, however, while I loved the community I realized that my husband and I would need more space. Julie was easily able to pivot to that request. Whenever I visited Florida from Minnesota she was always available to show me available condos on the market in that community. She even tolerated my bringing along my brother, father and brother-in-law to view the condos. I relied heavily on Julie to give me details of the mechanicals of the condo and of course wanted to know her opinion of the water view from the condo. In early February my husband and I put in an offer on a place that was perfect for my husband and I - right across the street from where my sister had recently bought. Julie guided us during the entire closing process with constant gentle reminders to sign numerous E-documents and we made it to the finish line. In addition, a question about an assessment came up just the other day (after closing), and Julie easily resolved it for us.
