This was my third experience with Kyle as my realtor. Each time there were some extremely unusual circumstances that required creative thinking, negotiations, and constant communication with our buyer's agent. Danielle did a terrific job of telling me what I needed to do to prepare my house to go on the market…not an inordinate number of things, just the things that really needed to be done. After doing what she said, I was amazed at the difference. It made an impressive presentation and it was simply but effectively staged. In a difficult market, she got a cash sale on an expensive house in a very short time span…days, not weeks! I couldn’t be happier with the sale and with Danielle.
