Kyle Hickey was exactly who you want on your team when you're selling your house. Kyle knows the St. Pete market and had a clear strategy from the jump on how to position our home to get the best outcome. He had solid advice on pricing, timing, and presentation. Kyle's communication is 10/10. He kept things moving, kept us in the loop, and talked me off a ledge more than once (and probably more times that I should publicly admit). Selling a house can be a pain, but Kyle made the process a lot more pleasant, and a lot easier. He genuinely cares about getting a great result for his clients and getting the deal done. I would highly recommend Kyle. After a couple of less than ideal experiences with FL agents and real estate transactions, I found Kyle after doing my own online search of reviews and other info. I sent him an email and got a call back minutes later. It was clear why Kyle has so many great reviews. He listens, is extremely knowledgeable (like down to every square inch of st Pete) and responsive. All great qualities in an agent. Being new to the area I relied on Kyle to help me nail down where to buy and what watch out for. I couldn’t have been more impressed by all he knew and how he quickly understood what I was looking for better than I could articulate. Kyle also knows all the good local agents which helps. We found a great home at a good price in old northeast and I just moved in. Couldn’t be more pleased with the purchase or choice of agent who is like an old friend at this point. He was super responsive day and night and talked me off the ledge a few times when negotiations were difficult. In short, I couldn’t recommend Kyle more highly.

She’s incredibly knowledgeable, thorough, up to date on market conditions, kind, a top notch professional who's willing to go the extra mile to help out with everything. She was always accessible and one step ahead with advice and suggestions. She was instrumental in helping pull together the staging of the house. Couldn't have done it without her. She's a great listener and a respectful communicator. Her advice on timing the market was excellent. In a weakening seller's market, our house sold in 3 days at a price we were happy with. Closed in three weeks. We HIGHLY recommend her and would use her in a heartbeat for any of our future purchases.

From the first time I met Kyle while touring a home I was impressed by his knowledge of things he pointed out that are important to an investment but not something I know much about (replaced pipes, age of repairs, windows, etc). He has great practical knowledge, which he shared freely. He also knows the St Pete market well and had good advice on areas and trends. Throughout the offer and closing process, he was always very responsive and communicative. The selling agent even complimented him on how well he stayed in contact. I’d recommend him to anyone buying a home and especially to those needing advice on those hidden elements of each home!
