The Best of the Best

Joe is absolutely the best thing that happened to us in our sale process. I strongly recommend anyone needing assistance buying or selling use Joe and his team. He is as skilled as he is personable and will do everything he can to make sure you get what you want and he will always give it to you straight. Hard Worker

Our house was not the easiest to sell for reasons out of ours or Joe's control. Joe persevered with open houses. In the meantime, he helped us put a contract on a house we wanted to move to also. Our house ultimately sold thanks to Joe's perseverance and willingness to be flexible and accommodating. He even loaned us money to accomplish an inspection request and waited for reimbursement at closing. Joe is a great people person and a skilled agent. Thanks Joe. I'd say see you next time, but this was the last time because we aren't moving again. :-) Much appreciation...Karen and Dave

Joe was very helpful in managing our emotions during a stressful experience.

Because of one simple, out of our control issue, our home was not the easiest to sell. Joe was very patient with us as he guided us through this stressful experience. Joe was happy to advance money to accomplish certain resolutions and collect at closing...such a help. His resources for experts in different areas were seemingly limitless and his relationship with all of them was quite strong.
