First of all Luis is a delight to know. And great at what he does. He knew better than I did what I needed in a home and where it needed to be. I love my new house. Moreover, he knows his business. He knew the market, so he helped me submit an offer that was accepted right away. From then until closing --and after--everything went very smoothly. He didn't shy away from making sure I did my part on time. He has good connections. For example, he chose an excellent real estate attorney, inspection firm, etc. The closing went very smoothly because Luis anticipated every possible problem and made sure I was prepared. If I need to move again, I will definitely choose Luis.

Allyson made a somewhat difficult position of reclaiming our home from our renters to putting it on the market with the emphasis on getting the most potential out of the home as we put it into move-in ready condition. We put in our own elbow grease to get it ready but then we were gone - states away. We had an offer within 48 hours thanks to her suggestions, over the original asking price!! She was there every step of the way while we could not be; she met with inspectors and vendors that had to come to the house on several occasions. She was always up front and open with information and the process of selling the house and made us feel at ease while we were gone once we had it ready. Two Words. Amazing Experience. Being remote and already moved out of Illinois I thought it would be a challenge and I would have to make several trip. But I never had to go. Dave handled everything. He is a friend when needed,a mentor when needed and guide when needed. Very knowledgeable about the neighborhood and in tuned with reality,very straightforward (it is always a yes/no there is never a maybe) and understands the needs and exceeds expectations. I highly recommend him.
