David is very professional and understand the client needs very well. He is very proficient with market analysis and uses all the latest tools to get his clients all the data necessary for decision making. It was a very engaging experience and David helped me quite a bit along the process.

Two Words. Amazing Experience. Being remote and already moved out of Illinois I thought it would be a challenge and I would have to make several trip. But I never had to go. Dave handled everything. He is a friend when needed,a mentor when needed and guide when needed. Very knowledgeable about the neighborhood and in tuned with reality,very straightforward (it is always a yes/no there is never a maybe) and understands the needs and exceeds expectations.
