I am a person who asks a LOT of questions and needs a LOT of detail, and Joelle handled me throughout the process with ease, meticulously sending me information so I had it all documented and checking in to make sure I understood the market conditions and how we could put together a competitive offer. After looking at several homes over a short time period, we found the perfect gem in Malden, complete with a yard, driveway and livable basement, move-in ready. Joelle helped navigate a strong offer and I'm so pleased to be moving in soon! The home market is tough right now, so you have to be OK with acting fast, and I'm so happy we did. Would certainly recommend Joelle. She's attuned to Compass's resources and otherwise was very quick and thorough with local recommendations for things we needed to prep our house to sell. She also has good intuition for staging, marketing, language for listing, and has connections with professionals who can offer more advice on that and other areas. We liked her strategy for listing price, but she was certainly open to working out what we were comfortable with on that really crucial step. She was also very well in touch and up to speed on processes without pushing things at any point, and was really amenable to what we were able to do and comfortable doing—never got the impression she would strong-arm us into anything. Overall, just very professional, responsive, has good instincts, and jibed with our personalities. Was a pleasure working with her.

Joelle just helped my wife and me find our first house together and we can't say enough good things about her! As first-time buyers, we were very intimidated by the process - especially trying to buy somewhere as competitive as the Boston area in the middle of an infamously inflationary market. Not to mention that we also had to relocate from almost a thousand miles away! We picked Joelle as our agent because we were confident from our initial Zoom with her that she was not only an expert at putting together competitive offers, but also very dedicated to her clients, building strong relationships that allowed her to focus on their needs and guide them through the process. Thankfully, this initial impression was spot on - if anything, we might have underestimated Joelle! Even though we only had 10 days in the area to find a house, it only took Joelle 3 days to find us an amazing home that completely matched our taste in one of our favourite towns and help us put in an offer before it even went on the market. Joelle also put together an incredibly competent and helpful team to get us through the lending and legal processes required to close, and has been a veritable trove of useful information about not just the buying process, but also home improvement ideas and costs, warning signs and red flags whe touring properties, tradespeople, and things to do in the local area (she has killer restaurant recommendations).
