We had been looking for a home with very narrow and specific criteria, and we started working with Meghan because we had heard she was the person who could make it happen! We worked together for over a year, and Meghan was incredibly patient, proactive, and helpful every step of the way. She helped us stay positive that we’d eventually find what we were looking for, and when we did, she did everything in her power to make sure we put in a great offer and got our dream home! She also helped us sell our previous home, which could have been very challenging as we put it on the market when we had just come home with a newborn. She did an amazing job and not only helping us sell our house quickly, but also surpassed all expectations of what we’d sell it for. As first time sellers, we expected it to be a challenging process and it couldn’t have been easier. Marie brings a world class professional experience on the buying side helping to understand the market, offer strategy, and fast communication and ultimately helped us win the deal with multiple offers in hand. I couldn't recommend her more as a buyer or sellers agent, her team is responsive and works together to support the deal with coverage every step of the way. She works late hours and knows the market state closing multiple sell and buy deals a month. If you are looking for an A+ team look to Marie and Compass.

Steve guided us through our first home purchase and he made the process very easy, especially for first time buyers which is why we also made sure to call Steve when we were ready to purchase a new home for our expanding family. Once again Steve delivered on our expectations of what we wanted to see in properties which ultimately led to the purchase of our 2nd home. Steve was almost instantaneous with helping line up and schedule contractors to further investigate any possible concerns after we received our home inspection report which was a huge help to us with having to juggle work and a 9 month old. It really helped make the process go smoothly when we had a short time frame to work within. The home we recently purchased had multiple offers and Steve was there to guide us through the process and made sure to keep us in the loop and to answer any questions we had which ultimately led to our offer being accepted out of many.
