Steve guided us through our first home purchase and he made the process very easy, especially for first time buyers which is why we also made sure to call Steve when we were ready to purchase a new home for our expanding family. Once again Steve delivered on our expectations of what we wanted to see in properties which ultimately led to the purchase of our 2nd home. Steve was almost instantaneous with helping line up and schedule contractors to further investigate any possible concerns after we received our home inspection report which was a huge help to us with having to juggle work and a 9 month old. It really helped make the process go smoothly when we had a short time frame to work within. The home we recently purchased had multiple offers and Steve was there to guide us through the process and made sure to keep us in the loop and to answer any questions we had which ultimately led to our offer being accepted out of many.

Steve had helped sold my house and got it under contract in 3 days! Was very resourceful and knowledgeable about real estate and construction. Very Easy to work with. Highly recommend!
