Working with DJ was great. He was very helpful. Anytime we had a question he got us an answer as soon as he could. When we found a house we liked he moved quick and helped up see it right away. DJ is the best realtor we have ever worked with, and we will definitely recommend him to everyone we know and hope he is available next time we need a realtor! DJ sold our home in St. Pete and from start to very quick close (above asking price) he made our experience hugely successful, easy, and dare I say, Fun?! After several unremarkable previous experiences with realtors over the years, we went into the whole "we're ready to sell our house" thing thinking we would do it ourselves, but decided to interview a few realtors anyway to get an idea of what they could do for us. In the end, we chose DJ because he seemed most sincere and interested in helping us sell our house, and in a way that was most comfortable for us. He was the only realtor who asked us what our priorities were in selling our house. He listened intently to our answers and truly delivered on all three of our priorities: Our first priority was speed, second price and third ease. Thanks to DJ's great work, we went under contract with multiple offers on the first day of showings and ended up selling above asking price with absolutely no hassle or headache, and closed within a month! Throughout the entire process, he was quick to resolve questions and concerns and offered us great advice and choices. We also feel that DJ came to the table with the best and most researched recommendation for price in our neighborhood. The photographer he hired was excellent as well, and took flattering photos of our house, rooms, and lawn. All in all, DJ exceeded our expectations and we highly recommend his services for buying or selling a home.

My wife Linda, and I retired in 2008 and travelled with our RV throughout Canada and the Southeastern U.S. In 2016 we decided to sell our RV and look for a condo in the St. Petersburg, FL area as we had several friends from the Northeast living in this area.
