Amanda helped us in a beach front condo search. She is outstanding and knows the area very well. She is very responsive and we felt like we were her only client. When it came to negotiations, she gave us great advice and helped us navigate a difficult close due to a challenging seller. After a two month search, offers on a few properties, and about 20 places we viewed, we finally found the right property. She refined her searches for us to help us find the perfect property.
