Polly was great, she did more for us than any other agent had before. I think where she truly went above and beyond was when she had some clips made for our screens because the seller did not know where they were. She also had a door mat made for us with our name on it. She was always quick to respond, it didn't matter what time of the evening it was. She was awesome!
