Honestly, I could not have had a better realtor. Whether that is looking for a rental property or finding your dream home, he will get you what you’re looking for. He is also the most down to earth friendly guy, and really does take care of you. My husband and I were first time home buyers and knew nothing about the process. He walked us through everything and helped us understand what we needed to do, and even explained things that we had no clue about. It would probably have been a horrible experience had we not had Tom. He was so patient and timely with us, always kept us up to date. There was one time where we were running late an hour and he still stuck around the house to insure we could do our final walk through.
