We met him Sunday and fell in love with the home and made an offer that same day. Unfortunately, the seller selected another offer and we continued our home search. The next Friday Tom called me to see if I was still interested (something happened with the other buyer), which I was. From that point Tom was on top of EVERYTHING, and he was the seller's agent! No question was unanswered, every phone call was returned and every text message was answered. A power of attorney was needed and he took care of that for me to ensure there would be no issues. Closing was a breeze. Everything went so smoothly. Plus Tom is a fun guy to be around! I'd recommend Tom Yates to anyone that wants a true professional that is passionate about the customer's experience and genuinely cares.

Tom was very responsive immediately with listings in our target area we hadn’t even thought of. Found us our dream home and helped to negotiate upgrades from the builder. Was on our side with mortgage lender to get to closing on time. When closing day came, he was the literal light in the dark, as the power in the title office went out and we signed by phone flashlight! He advocated for us on closing day to get the communication between the title office and the mortgage company to get us our keys so we could meet the movers! Very hands on and knowledgeable. Willing to be the pushy one with the seller when you don’t want to. Wonderful experience.

Tom is a great real estate agent who listened to my specific wants and needs. My son had purchased a home a few years earlier, and Tom was his agent. I knew my son was very pleased with Tom and highly recommended him. I can truly say that Tom surpassed my expectations. He is customer service oriented before, during and after the sale. He worked very patiently with me for many months. Finding the right home can be very stressful, however Tom was alway there throughout the entire process. He was there to answer every email and phone call. He made me feel like I was the most important buyer he had. I work full time, and I wasn’t available to met with inspectors and repair persons.
