We have known Tom for 6 years. He helped us purchase our first home in Jacksonville which required a fast find and close before cancer treatment was started at the Mayo Clinic. After recovery, we decided to go to AZ and he did an outstanding job of selling the house. When we decided to leave AZ last year and come back to FL, he met with us on several occasions to look at options. Our home buying experience in Green Cove Springs started by accidentally finding a little bungalow while driving around on a Saturday. We saw Tom's sign in the yard and gave him a call. We met him Sunday and fell in love with the home and made an offer that same day. Unfortunately, the seller selected another offer and we continued our home search. The next Friday Tom called me to see if I was still interested (something happened with the other buyer), which I was. From that point Tom was on top of EVERYTHING, and he was the seller's agent!
