Selling my house was such a smooth experience with Lydia Todd and her transaction manager Jess. They were professional and knowledgeable, and answered all my concerns. My home sold in the expected amount of time. She answered every question I had, kept me informed throughout the process, and was truly a joy to work with. From day one, Lydia reassured us of her understanding of our situations and the business of trading homes. My daughter and I sold both of our former homes and bought a property together with the help of Lydia.
