We were out fishing on a Sunday and took a chance calling the realtor we saw on a sign of a house we were thinking of buying. We figured it was a long shot but asked if we could see the house. Deb said absolutely and soon after we were all pulling into the driveway! The whole experience was exactly like that very first call-Deb is always there when you need her and walks along your side all the way to when she hands you the key to your new home. She’s honest, trustworthy, dependable, reassuring and nice. That’s the perfect combination in a realtor that we all need when we are buying a home!!

Deb stays in touch and is aware of surroundings properties and sales prices, etc. She treats your property as if it were her own. Very professional.

If I were to tell you all the wonderful things about Deb, I would need a novel then length of War and Peace. But with Deb it was never a war... only peaceful country drives exploring the wonders of Sullivan (and more!) County. My indecisive pickiness took over two years (thank you, Deb, for your unjudging patience!!). In the end, I found a home that I am daily more happy with. In addition to all the great personal aspects Deb brings, she also has a deep, vast and incredibly helpful knowledge of not only the area but of the process as well. Deb always had common sense answers to complicated questions, she knew all the red flags, she was cautious when I was overzealous and perfectly prodding when I was dragging my feet. I seriously could not have asked for a better agent, and I am even more happy to now include Deb as a friend. If you get the chance to work with her, I say Go For It!! You will NOT be disappointed in her help, her human touch and her ability to find you a spot you will be super happy with. Thank you tremendously, Deb. I look forward to our celebratory dinner!!

Very pleasant personality: scrupulous, serious but with a sense of humor. He was quick to respond to my questions and requests, patient when I needed explanations, and very appreciative of the special qualities of my property and home. The process was very long and sometimes stressful, and I appreciated his reassurance. This site only allows one 'year of service' but he worked on the house from 2017 to fall of 2019
