Very pleasant personality: scrupulous, serious...
Very pleasant personality: scrupulous, serious but with a sense of humor. He was quick to respond to my questions and requests, patient when I needed explanations, and very appreciative of the special qualities of my property and home. The process was very long and sometimes stressful, and I appreciated his reassurance. This site only allows one 'year of service' but he worked on the house from 2017 to fall of 2019
