Avani has assisted us to purchase our new house and navigate the process of selling our house along the way. She’s always quick to respond, extremely knowledgeable and represented us as buyers and sellers making the whole process easy. Julie and Charles Harder have been absolutely amazing throughout my entire homebuying process. I cannot recommend them highly enough, especially for first-time homebuyers (like myself) who are extremely busy and didn't have a clue on how to navigate the home-buying process. We were looking for a home in the greater Orlando area (more specifically Celebration) and didn't really know where to start. It was actually quite serendipitous that we stumbled upon Julie and Charles after driving past one of their open house signs by chance. They are very familiar with the area and are well connected with contacts for various services. What has stood out to me the most is that they still make themselves available for any questions or issues that I have, even after closing! Jackie is the best. We met during the cleanup from a major disaster. She has the heart to help people out. During that time, she had the connections to help us out in a few different ways. She helped me with some probate issues I was having as she was connected to a probate lawyer. Helped us get things straightened out in a matter of a few weeks as my probate lawyer was dragging it out. Fast forward now to selling my house, we were looking to sell my house in a fairly short time frame as I wanted to move to be closer to my son. She bent over backwards to get it done in a timely manner so I could get to our new location well enough in advance that I was able to get to our new home with time to spare. We were in a bit of a time crunch and she still made it happen. She delivered above and beyond what was expected. She had a buyers list ready to make it happen quickly. From the time I said to put my house on the market to the closing was maybe 3 weeks. She had it scheduled so fast, each buyer went through and looked at the house, everyone was extremely professional. Even after the close, she has still been in contact to make sure everything is going properly and everyone is holding up their end. When I buy my next house in Florida, I am definitely using her for all of my Florida real estate dealings. Even after the sale, she has me in touch with other agents and people that are helping me to better understanding the investment side of real estate, since I am brand new to it. This woman is truly a godsend. I honestly can't say enough good about her and how she has helped us.
