It is my pleasure to write a review for Sara Sutherland, Relator. My father had to relocate to Pennsylvania in May due to health reasons and we needed to sell his home in Highland Lakes. It was difficult to handle many aspects of selling a house from my home in PA and as we ran into various situations, Sara went above and beyond to check on things for us in the house as well as put us in contact with various companies that could not the necessary work that was needed to close on the house. You cannot do better than Sara Sutherland for selling your property. Not only was she thoroughly professional, but she was also a joy to work with. Her marketing program was fantastic, she was always available to discuss the sale, and she was the hardest working agent I have every dealt with. As we live in Maine, and the house was in Florida, we relied on her knowledge of the market to guide us, and she was always right on the money. Not only did she bring in the buyers, but she also had to troubleshoot problems, and act as our agent for finding the solution. We entrusted our parents’ home to her when they went to assisted living, and even though we were 1000 miles away, we always knew the status of the project and had complete confidence that she was watching over the house like it was her own. Chip and Julie helped us move in to our dream house. From the first call we were very clear that we had a very specific criteria and that more than likely we would stay in the home we were in. They still gave us all the attention we asked for and were available every step of the way. Being a business owner they finance process was somewhat complicated, or at least I thought it would be, but they were able to connect us to a mortgage company that made the process easy and MUCH faster than I anticipated. In a period of about a week we went from 10% chance of moving to an accepted offer on a new home. Chip and Julie helped us through every step of the process. Friendly, wonderful couple that made the process fun. You wont find better.
