This was our first time buying a house in Florida and since we don't currently live in Florida, having to perform some of the process from a distance was a bit stressful. My daughter Emily recently moved to Florida to begin her new job in Lakeland. We were referred to Jenny through a family member as neither my daughter nor I were very familiar with the area. After talking initially and going over a budget and the area my daughter wanted to live in, Jenny established multiple properties to look at. One of the first homes my daughter initially was interested in was older and in a historic district. Jenny connected us with a home inspection company that was also Amazing! The inspection showed multiple expensive repairs needed. My daughter and I were blessed to have such a detailed home inspection performed and Jenny's knowledge of various professionals helped us make a wise investment decision and ultimately, she did not purchase that home. My daughter continued to look for her perfect home with the help and professional input from Jenny. The second home my daughter put a contract on also had some necessary repairs of concern that were again discovered by the home inspector previously used. Jenny went above and beyond of what I previously have experienced with other realtors. Jenny made sure she was present when various contractors including plumbers, electrician, and foundation companies that needed to come over to give an estimate for repairs. Jenny went to bat for my daughter during negotiations with the seller to make sure she was able to buy the home she was happy, safe, and was a smart financial decision. Jenny took not only a professional approach in helping my daughter but also a personal approach. Jenny exemplified great communication and professionalism, knowledge, and negotiating skills during our entire buying experience. I would use Jenny Ramirez again for my future real estate purchases.
