Chip and Julie helped us move in to our dream house. From the first call we were very clear that we had a very specific criteria and that more than likely we would stay in the home we were in. They still gave us all the attention we asked for and were available every step of the way. Being a business owner they finance process was somewhat complicated, or at least I thought it would be, but they were able to connect us to a mortgage company that made the process easy and MUCH faster than I anticipated. In a period of about a week we went from 10% chance of moving to an accepted offer on a new home. Chip and Julie helped us through every step of the process.
