Julie was amazing from the beginning. Constantly keeping me aware of things that I was not already sure of. Charles provided great insight on the materials used in the few properties that he came along with. Always showing me new listings virtually and taking the time to make the drive out to view properties in person. She also convinced me to offer the home for 25k more than I thought. She helped me prepare the home for professional video. I was moving out of state, Sara referred me to a professional driver. I moved prior to closing. Sara had the closing agents prepare the documents for an early closing. Sara frequently checked on my house after I moved. She covered the closing for me.
