She also convinced me to offer the home for 25k more than I thought. She helped me prepare the home for professional video. I was moving out of state, Sara referred me to a professional driver. I moved prior to closing. Sara had the closing agents prepare the documents for an early closing. Sara frequently checked on my house after I moved. She covered the closing for me.
