She is very knowledgeable and anticipates all the steps and discusses with you in detail leaving no question unanswered. Prior to meeting, we gave Kitty an idea of what we would like to find. She sent us a number of properties listed online to help narrow our search. When we got together, she had organized a tour of the areas we were interested in and showed us properties that matched our criteria. She was very good at processing information about what we liked and didn’t like about the properties she showed us and quickly was able to refine our search and make good use of our time. I met Maria when I purchased a home for my mothers in law RIP she is an excellent realtor, always on time, easy process with the paperwork of buying or selling, I was so happy with her that I called her to purchase a second home on the Lakes of Clermont and called her for a third time to sell my precious home which was sold in weeks and we just finished the closing on that property.
