Overall, was a very good experience. Was the second time using Caldwell banking.

Michelle Baldwin is one of the greatest real estate agents I have ever worked with in finding my home. Her knowledge, perseverance, availability, willingness to get the job done and knowledge makes me give her such a high rating that I wish I could give her more stars. I closed on my house in 14 days and Michelle had every i dotted and t crossed with my required documents. There was no mistake/holdups on my end. I knew she had my back the entire time and was not trying to push me into a home that did not meet my criteria. Michelle could be easily reached and helped answer all my questions as a first time home buyer. Her knowledge alone of the areas (I searched multiple towns in multiple counties from Tampa or Cape Canaveral) was impressive and spot on. Finally, to speak of the type of person she is, I will give an example. I was set to deploy at the end of the week and the title company (through many of their mistakes) set up the closing a day before my deployment. The sellers left garbage, old/broken furniture, fist-sized holes in closet doors and ripped up fruit trees during my walkthrough a few hours before the closing. Michelle not only held the seller's agent accountable (by photographing and documenting all issues) and got them to send over a disposal service, but she even helped me pick up the trash and load it into the dumpster (while still in her dress). Her calm, cool and collectiveness throughout the home buying process bought me peace of mind. She did not fumble once and knew the Floridian home buying process inside and out. I cannot recommend Michelle Baldwin high enough and I know she will be one of Florida's top agents in a few near future.

Michelle was the first name that came to my mind when I decided to sell my house, and I'm sure glad she was. I couldn't be more thankful for all her hard work from day one. She explained everything in great detail and kept her communication line always open. She offered helpful advice and was willing to work in whatever ways we could to make this as successful and stress free of a home sale. She offered so many venues of advertisement for the house that I never knew was possible (internet promotion, TV spots, etc.) and that got the house sold within a few days of posting. Incredible. She followed through all the way to the end and even afterwards to just "check in" on us. You certainly can feel comfortable knowing that Michelle will handle all the obstacles for you and make the experience as smooth as possible. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts, Michelle! It took us months to find our home. Throughout those months, Michelle's continual professionalism & communication simplified our home buying experience, and relieved a lot of stress. Her patience with us during the process was greatly appreciated as well. Her availability & communication were also top tier. We could always expect and answer or response within minutes of a call or text. Another aspect of the process my wife & I appreciated was that all documentation (with exception to closing) could be done over the phone with an app! It was simple, straight forward, and easy to use. This worked well for our busy schedule! The next time we plan on buying or selling a home, we'll be using Michelle!
