Judith gave us very good advice on things we could do to sell our house quickly, and the optimal time frame in order to do them. While we could only afford some of the suggestions, she was still able to get our house sold within literally 4 hours, and within $1k of the price she said she would sell it. She also helped us purchase our new home. While the process didn't go 100% as planned she was very attentive and was always looking out for pitfalls in the process. She kept us apprised of everything and ultimately the purchase went through.
