She is one of the sweetest and sharpest agent in the industry. First we were not really working with any agent but coming across many realtor agents and she is amazing. Even when we wasn’t sure about buying a home yet she was there showing us multiple options, providing advise and putting all her knowledge and energy towards us. She puts so much works and dedication towards her clients that even when she is working with several clients at once makes people feel like if you are her only client due to the highest level of customer service and friendliness. My husband and I just bought our first home, and Katie was so great through the whole process!  We appreciated how down to earth she was and that she really got a feel for what we were looking for. She was always responsive and quick to text us back while working with the other parties involved. Lastly, being first time home buyers, we appreciated her expertise in finding the right price to put an offer at. We ended up getting the house for a lot less than we were willing to pay, so that was a huge win. Overall, we had an awesome experience working with Katie - even through all the craziness of COVID-19!

They lived on Stone Island, a beautiful petite town which surrounds Deltona, Florida. My parents needed every detail of service from Ms. Topper because they moved to Tampa, Florida. Ms. Topper catered beyond her real estate duties: locating house cleaner, end duties of home repair, and cleaning the love bugs which entered the home - to name a few. I had already spoken with another realty company before talking to David Hunt of ERA Grizzard. I knew that I wanted him to help me sell my home. He came prepared and calmly walked me through the process of selling my home in a knowledgeable & professional manner. David told me my goal is his, to get an offer as close to my list price as possible. We aimed to sell my condo in 34 days, after listing went live, it sold in 4!
