David Hunt

He told me not to write 5 pages but I might, that’s how great of an agent he is. In todays crazy market and me being a crazy seller Mr. Hunt, from flash to bang, went far above and beyond his standard duties as a real estate agent. Being in the military I have gotten to experience many different personalities, knowledge, and types of agents. David is selfless, knowledgeable of the entire state(and others), very patient …..large emphasis on the patient. Taught me things I didn’t even know were a “thing” to get the most bang for our buck. If I ever move back to central Florida, or anywhere in Florida he will be the only agent I will work with. He had a big enough impact on my family and I that I would also recommend him to any of my friends and family. When the appraisal didn’t go as we planned, he already had back ups and other plans to continue on the right track and meet my needs and timelines. Keeping me calm is not an easy task to do and he did just that. Thank you for everything Mr. Hunt!

David went the extra mile to make our family comfortable in the biggest purchase of our lives during a historic real estate market and a pandemic. He would not let us settle for a home less than our standards after we missed on multiple homes with crazy bidding wars.
