My wife and I have worked with Sara Sutherland twice thus far. The first time was in 2007 and Sara was instrumental in helping us find an amazing home, both in our price range and in our first choice of area. Sara was tireless and showed us a large array of choices. She often pointed out things that we hadn't thought of in regard to a particular property, like association fees, traffic patterns for the area and the like. Her concern was wholly on us finding our perfect home and being completely happy, no matter how long that may take. No surprise that because of her, we were ultimately successful. After such a great experience, when it was time to look for a new home, we didn't hesitate to call Sara again and ask for her help. Sara immediately made herself available to us to find out everything that we were looking for this time. I know she has many clients to spread her time amongst, but she really made us feel as though she was completely focused on us. Her willingness to meet at odd hours or on short notice was vital to this search ending well. The options she presented always kept our best interests in mind and were perfectly in line with our goals. Once again successful, and as she had done before, Sara stayed with us through the entire closing process. She makes the home buying process so easy, there is no doubt who my first call will be to, once we find ourselves in the market again. Sara is a true professional and is a pleasure to work with. Sarah did a great job of listening to our wants, only presenting property that met our wants and if there was any major variation to our wants she would discuss the variable prior to wasting our time on a walk through.
